Everything you need to know before placing an order with us

Our Policies

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Baked & Bliss Café. Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline orders based on availability, scheduling, or other operational considerations.

Payment

Full payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not be scheduled until payment has been received and confirmed.

Custom Orders

Custom cakes and specialty desserts require advance notice. Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed pickup time. Baked & Bliss Café is not responsible for damage occurring after products have been collected.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods and preparation costs already incurred, refunds may not be available once production has started.

Allergens

Products may contain or come into contact with: Wheat Milk Eggs Soy Peanuts Tree Nuts Customers with food allergies should contact us before placing an order.

Product Appearance

Because all products are handmade, colors, decorations, and final presentation may vary slightly from photos displayed on the website.
