Baking has always lived in my heart.
Growing up, my paternal grandmother was always in the kitchen, filling the house with the comforting smell of fresh cookies. Christmas was especially magical—she would bake tray after tray and always ask what I wanted her to make just for me. My answer never changed: Peanut Butter Blossom cookies. I loved nibbling around the soft peanut butter cookie until all that was left was the chocolate kiss, saving the best bite for last. To me, that was pure love—Grandma’s Kiss. ♥
It wasn’t until I was pregnant with my son in 1997 that my own passion for baking truly began to take shape. What started as a simple joy slowly grew into something deeper. In 2007, I took a leap and attended the French Culinary Institute, completing their intensive 100-hour baking and pastry program. Earning that certificate—along with my uniform and tools—was one of the proudest, most meaningful accomplishments of my life.
Years passed, life moved forward, and then almost overnight, something clicked. What had always been a quiet passion became something more—a calling I could no longer ignore.
Now, here I am in 2026, turning that lifelong love into something real. A business built from memory, heart, and the simple joy of baking something special for others.
